Orchestrating Harmony in Supply Chain Management

The project for Cummins centered on addressing the challenges posed by their complex and fragmented global supply chain systems. By implementing Project Lightspeed, we aimed to harmonise their operations, streamline processes, and enable data-driven decision-making to drive significant improvements in efficiency, risk management, and overall performance.
As a global power technology leader with over 58,000 employees worldwide, Cummins needed a way to communicate the purpose, goals, and benefits of Project Lightspeed to their entire organization. The challenge was to present this information in a way that was clear, engaging, and easy to understand, despite the complexity of the subject matter.
Our role was to develop a comprehensive visual explainer animation that conveyed the essence of Project Lightspeed. We utilised Cummins’ secondary color palette and incorporated their signature red as a highlight to ensure the animation was on-brand and visually appealing. The animation was designed to dynamically illustrate how Project Lightspeed would unify their supply chain, improve data flow, reduce redundancy, and enhance communication across departments.
