ESG & Sustainability report

Driving transparency and impact

Dewhirst, a global design and fabric manufacturer supplying retailers such as Marks & Spencer, Tesco, Ralph Lauren, and Nike, faced a growing challenge from their suppliers to demonstrate and measure the impact of their sustainability and ESG efforts. In response, Dewhirst developed a new strategic collaboration with Grant Thornton UK to deliver a comprehensive sustainability report which aligned its operations with five of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and set ambitious targets to achieve zero emissions and zero waste by 2030.
Curious Agency was brought on board to help Dewhirst craft and communicate their sustainability narrative to key stakeholders, including their board of directors. Our role involved developing a transparent and compelling story around Dewhirst’s sustainability journey, showcasing the tangible steps the company is taking to address environmental challenges and create lasting impact.
The outcome was a comprehensive external report to be shared with shareholders and clients. This report was meticulously crafted through research interviews, engaging copywriting, and thoughtful design, ensuring the content was both informative and visually compelling. Transparency was a key focus, highlighting how Dewhirst’s sustainability efforts are influencing their suppliers and shaping more sustainable transportation options.
