Collaborative Strategy for Collective Success

We partnered with Grant Thornton to develop a name and visual representation for their 2020 global strategy, emphasising unity, growth, and enhanced business for clients and employees through a shared vision.
Avoiding generic terms like ‘phoenix’ or ‘purple people,’ we created a distinctive strategy named “Growing Together,” derived from Grant Thornton’s initials, G & T. This name underscores collective effort and fosters a genuine sense of ownership for everyone involved.
Our comprehensive campaign spanned digital and print media, targeting a broad audience within the organisation. We highlighted the unified vision and collaborative spirit essential for growth and strategic success with compelling graphics and narratives.
Our presentations demonstrated how unity and collective growth enhance business success and cultivate a stronger corporate culture. We emphasised the strategic advantage of a shared vision, showing that collaboration leads to better decision-making, innovative solutions, and a more relatable corporate image.
The campaign celebrated ongoing efforts towards unity and growth, positioning Grant Thornton as a forward-thinking, inclusive organisation committed to collective success and a shared vision.
