The client’s redefined brand introduced three internal values: Enduring Relationships, Business Minded, and Globally Connected. Our task was to manifest these values meaningfully by fostering partnerships and unifying global firms.
Our solution
Nexia Day, is an annual one-day global event centered around each internal value. The event encourages offices worldwide to explore the values’ impact on their business, culture, and local communities. We converted the values into actionable themes, promoted Nexia Day globally through CEO and Chairman videos, and facilitated easy participation for offices by providing suggestions for global connections, video capture, and celebration.
A digital platform for Nexia Day was created to share office activities, firm details, and encourage interactions, reinforcing the new identity based on the three values and global connections. The initiative aimed to enhance collaboration, offering all employees opportunities to form new connections and fostering engagement with local businesses.
