CONNECTING PEOPLE, GLOBALLY (INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS)
Grant Thornton is a network of audit, tax and advisory firms with over 38,500 people in over 130 countries. Keeping people connected and engaged can be a challenge. Grant Thornton recognised that their people have hands-on expertise that can be very useful to the leadership – this knowledge could be tapped and help create a better organisation.
Grant Thornton were running a 3 day event for all 38,500 international colleagues, based in over 160 countries. They wanted everyone to join in on the online discussion to help make Grant Thornton better. Our brief was to promote the event and get as many people to join as possible. There was of course, language barriers and different visual interpretations to consider.
We created an identity for the Jam to raise and maintain awareness: a series of posters, a reminder on their intranet and an animation to promote the forum in all 160 global offices. To share the key findings from the Jam event we created an interactive PDF. This was presented at the Grant Thornton International conference in Montreal (which we also branded and created visuals for).
