STRATEGY FOR GROWTH (INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS)
Grant Thornton is a network of audit, tax and advisory firms with over 38,500 people in over 130 countries. They needed a strategy to help them grow, deliver a better client and people experience by 2020.
Engage everyone internally. This is a collective effort. Grant Thornton’s people have to have a clear purpose to be able to create a great Client Experience. The identity has to lead this Strategy and allow for expansion to bolt on other initiatives.
Growing Together shares the company’s initials (GT). This creates greater ownership of the identity, making it more meaningful (rather than generic ‘aspirational’ words) and defines the company’s intention to grow, but as a people and a business. Along with the identity, we created a lot of Conference material to breakdown the strategy into bite-size pieces, as well as hand-outs and signage.
